      Research Scientist Medicinal Chemistry Interview

      14 Aug 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Thousand Oaks, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Amgen (Thousand Oaks, CA)

      Interview

One presentation and rest are 1-1 chats/interviews but these rarely get technical. It's good to brush up on what the competitors in your field are publishing, etc, but main qs will be around your phd work. Most random will be after your presentation, but more detailed can be in 1-1. Most 1-1 are fine
