It was long-winded. Initial 1st stage interview was with a sourcing specialist who didn't provide much in the way of answers to questions asked. 2nd stage interview was with the hiring manager days later which turned out conversational and semi-formal (good sign).
The final stage was a series of one-on-ones with 5 members of the hiring team (made up of superiors and potential colleagues), each 30-minute meetings scheduled over 2 days. Hiring manager refused to turn on their camera (due to an improperly explained health reason), Interview style varied greatly according to the interviewer, with the stricter ones appearing first. Intense process. Got a rejection a month and a week later after two separate emails to the HR admin seeking updates.
Reason: We decided to pursue another candidate whose qualifications fit more closely with the needs of the role. (Sigh).
