Interview process involved multiple interviews. First HR call, then speaking with multiple team members. The interview process was held virtually as I was living far away. There were some technical questions, behavioral questions and general automation knowledge.

Apply online, phone interview with Amgen recruiter, phone interview with the hiring manager, onsite interview with the hiring manager and other team members
The initial interview is just to make sure you meet the requirements and seem like a good fit for the company. The recruiter will then forward your info to the hiring manager if you fit the role.
The interviews that follow are more technical and more about your previous experience.

Interview
Asked about my experience in programming the automation system, experience with specific equipment (understanding the process as well), and validation testing experience. The second interview was a team interview where I got to test out the team chemistry. The location is in Thousand Oaks, CA.
