I had an initial phone interview to answer some general questions about my background and interest in the position. I was next invited to come to the site to do a presentation with a few background questions a few weeks later.

Present changes you would make to a sample memo the department receives and conduct some calculations/approach on how you would approach a scenario.
The interviewers were very friendly and supportive, making it a conversational experience rather than a high-pressure one. They were genuinely curious about my work and how I could contribute to their research projects. The entire process gave me a positive impression of Amgen’s collaborative and innovative culture.

Interview process was getting to know each other more. How would you react to certain scenarios and team work related. How would you effectively contribute to the company and communicate with your colleagues
