The interview process was lengthy, with several rounds where the same questions were asked. It felt like they were trying to check boxes versus actually get to know the candidate. The redundant questions felt like a waste of time as well.

I had an interview with the recruiter and heard back nothing even though I followed up 4 times. They answered my initial email but nothing afterwards even though I was told that I would be informed of their decision.
