Unfortunately I never reached the official interview. I was flaked on by the recruiter on two separate occasions, after being exceedingly flexible with scheduling. It’s a shame because the position seemed great and I know the company has amazing culture. However, I didn’t experience that culture from this interviewer. It’s quite rude to have people take time from their day and rearrange other obligations to meet and have a no-show.

Spoke with a recruiter who works with their largest revenue generator, Merchant Services. Focus of the conversation was my background and situational experiences for leading cross-functional teams and data-driven projects. Next step was a manager interview, then a panel interview, then a VP interview before an offer.
