Have an online assessment, passed all tests. Then a month and a half later, got the invitation to their Super Day. When I talked to other candidates, it doesn't matter if you passed all tests cases in online assessments. It seemed the online assessment is just a waste of time.
During the Super Day, I had 2 1:1 interviews. The first interviewee wasn't professional because he shown his attitude to fail me at the very beginning. There were 2 parts per interview: behavioral questions and easy code questions. In behavioral question part, this interviewee put my resume aside and asked me to tell some side projects I have ever done, not on my resume. I answered my experience on one of my side projects and he said: "oh, that's not on your resume." However, this was what he required me to answer, something not on my resume. During the coding part, there was a super easy brain teaser question (an encounter problem), when I was explaining my steps to get the answer, the interviewee stopped me and said I was wrong. He didn't have the patience to hear my solution. When I insisted my solution should be correct and calculated the final result out, he has to admit that my solution was correct. Also, I got more coding problems than other candidates when we had a short discussion after interviews section.
As a conclusion, I should say it is a waste of time and I feel the unprofessional culture in this company.
