Amazon Senior Program Manager, Entitlements interview questions

Standard Amazon interview based on company principles. 2 phone interviews and one all day panel interview with 6 people. My role was non technical so there was no skill based test. I interviewed with several different functional areas, including Amazon employees who were not affiliated with my team or role in anyway.
