Interview
First Round Interviews. There are two 30 min back to back interviews. They ask behavioral questions and go deep into your stories. It is important to review your stories and have a clear message to deliver, they want to know the impact of every story and the take outs you had. The interview is very informal and conversational.
It began with an online coding assessment, followed by a quick recruiter check. The final round consisted of two 45-minute technical and behavioral interviews where they tested my problem-solving skills and alignment with Amazon’s Leadership Principles.
