Pretty easy and straightforward if you follow the STAR method. Have a lot of examples whether real or made up to support your answers. They will send you an FAQ for interview questions and it was helpful

Very Through, depending on role applied has multiple stages. Interview style is not typical and asked questions needed to be answered in a certain structure. The most exciting step is last step that has panel interviews with multiple interviewers.

There were two 30-minute interviews back and back. Mostly behavioral questions asking how you would deal with associates, multi-tasking, and how you talk to various people with different titles. Know Amazon's core principles and values and tie it into your response.
