Interview
Interview was in-person in the cafeteria. I discussed my education and background. It was really straightforward I just told my interviewer what I've done and what I want to do with my career with Amazon. Got the offer right there.
They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.
Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
