It’s Easy just fill out application they got no interviews pass a background and drug test then wait for an email and you pretty much get the job you know the start date when you apply

Interview
No interview- just did a drug test and then had a group orientation. They went over the shift you signed up for, the hours, and took your picture for your ID Badge.
It was all online. Done very quickly. You answer questions about work experience. Then a personality assessment where you pick the best option based on your personal beliefs. Finally, a quick assessment where you follow the rules provide and sort items based on their code.
