I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (London, England) in Mar 2021
Interview
The interview process is comprised of 3 rounds. First interview is with HR, where they would like to know more about the candidate and screen them from a fitment perspective. 2nd round is with the hiring manager. 3rd round is a panel interview (typically conducted onsite). You will have to meet four different individuals from the company who will assess you on Amazon's Leadership Principles. The interviews are typically about 45 mins each. The last individual who is known as a bar raiser, will assess you on the principle "Raising the bar"

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you had to take a difficult decision without consulting your manager? How did you go about taking the decision?
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
