First HR online screening interview, usual question about CV, interview with Hiring manager, Behavioural questions. Follow STAR Method to answer the behavioural questions. Once cleared the Hiring manager interview, panel interview at the Amazon.
Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
