Applying online is easy, marketing positions do not require an online assessment, but other positions do have an online assessment, however, it takes a long time for them to turn you down and there is no processing during the time you are waiting, you just have to wait..
They asked me behavioural questions. I had two interview back to back, the first interviewer was nice, the second one more challanging. They never responded my emails after the interview and did not give feedbacks
First call was a recruiter screening then the interview was a super day of 2 back to back 1 hr interview calls. What’s nice is that they prep you before your interview with what to expect on a webinar style call. All questions were behavioral.
