I had 4 interviews
First is phone screen where you should tell your motivation and they might put you in a situation to tell how you handle it.
Then the panel where i had 3 interviews, all of them are putting you in a situation according to the leadership principles and you should answer using the method STAR

Very hard interviews it felt like the jobs are almost innaccessible. I felt really bad during the interview and even i got prepared for days for this interview did research and everything

Interview
The Interview was about work situations inspired by Amazon's leadership principles that you can find on their website. You can have question indireclty about each leadership principle and you should answer with situation lived showing that principle.
1 screening, after one week 3 interviews in one day with different managers. The last one was with the hiring manager and it was difficult and long (+1h). She pushed me to the limits by asking many questions about my answers apart from the corporate questions.
