Before interview, the recruiter had me complete online assessments. Once those were completed, I was asked to submit my availability for a phone interview. It ended up taking a few weeks to get it scheduled. During the phone interview I was asked behavioral questions and a case study question.

Interview process was good, but more technical than my ability and it shows! Straight to business. Very thorough interview process. They will dive deeper into your answers. Prepare well, and you'll be fine

Technical / cloud questions
Imagine you’re working with an AWS ISV customer. They have strong software developers but limited cloud experience. How would you explain cloud to them?
Imagine you had to migrate 500 applications from on-prem to cloud. How would you start?
What are two challenges you imagine enterprise customers have when adopting cloud?
Executive customer conversation
Tell me about a difficult senior customer conversation that required you to deal directly with executive-level stakeholders. What was the situation, how did you handle it, and what was the result?
Goal / judgment / unintended consequences
Tell me about a time when you or your team were more than halfway through meeting a goal and realized it might not be the right goal, or that delivering on it could have unintended consequences. What did you do, and what was the outcome?
Learning / technical ramp
Can you give me an example of stepping outside your boundaries and taking on something new or learning a new capability?
Can you give me an example of diving deep to learn a new technology or capability, either inside or outside work?
Interview process is lengthy. Starts with a phone interview. Recruiter can be very helpful in the process. The last leg of the interview is a four hour loop. Each hour with different interviewees. They will have a amazon leadership principle and they will ask behavioral questions in relation to that. Don’t repeat stories
