There really wasn't a process, you just selected the shift you wanted to work and you got it. There should actually be a process to help remove candidates who may not share the same work ethic as others.
Clean and simple process. Drug test was included but it is required for the job. Training was involved and lasted about a week for me to pass all the operations tasks.

Applied online, there was no interview. You schedule a walk in date. That's where they will take your forms of ID and drug test you. If everything comes back good, you're hired.
