The interview process was pretty straightforward. Amazon sends you an email detailing what will occur along with Amazon's leadership principles to help guide you. Amazon uses the STAR method. The interview lasted about 3 hours and I was interview by 4 people.

Tell me about a time when you had to balance two opposing needs from stakeholders.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
