Interview consists of: Phone screening - up to 45min where you will be asked 2-3 leadership principles. If passes phones screening -> panel interview with 3-4 different level managers. Each interview will last approx 45min and you will be asked 2-4 leadership principles with each interviewer. All answers are desired to be data driven and followed the STAR method.

Describe me a situation where you made improvement to the process without using any resources. Describe me a time when you made an important business decision without data and important information. How did it go? What would you do different?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
