Interview
The interview process for entry level AM is fairly simple. Interviewees can provide examples based on their involvement in college or previous role. In my experience, I had three interviewers, two who were in Operations and one person from HR. They asked situational questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to make a calculated risk?
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
