Interview
Interview process starts off with a phone screen. During this interview you are asked some basic behavioral questions to see how you fit the Amazon culture. During the in person interview you will have between 4-5 interviews at what is called a POD. A POD is a time where they have 5-20 applicants all come together for interviews all at the same location. During this time you will have 3 interviews that have behavioral based questions, 1 interview that is discussing a math flow problem, the other interview is considered a "bar raiser." The bar raiser interview looks to see how you meet the Amazon culture.

Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

Conflict between coworkers, how would you approach resolving?
All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
