No interview necessary to be hired at amazon. They hire any one as long as you are able to pass both the back ground check and the drug screening. Its super simple.
Not that bad, was not hard, they ask you very simple questions as they always hire and rotate out workers, they are looking for people with and without experience,you must take a drug test and will be asked if you're able to work nights and days or either or.

there was no interview. The workers just asked for personal information. Then I took a drug test (administered by the mouth), and waited for the next steps for the hiring process.
