Interview
I got the mail from amazon about the SSP process randomly even though I didn't apply for this role, I decided to give this a try, all the rounds took exactly 2 weeks from the exam.
After exam, I had versent round and direct call with the manager from the same process. the whole interview was on chime and went for 50 mins which I didn't expect.
the overall experience was great. I didn't prepare anything just brushed up on my communications.
he asked me many situations based questions and tested my logical and reasoning ability.

Give me a situation where you performed a task out of your responsibility.
2. A situation where you had a difficult conversation and how do you solve it
3. Situation based on my previous experience at college.
AI - Quiz based on Amazon Leadership questions
Language assessments - the first question in my native language test was awful but the rest were a lot easier
Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Interview
Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
