Interview
The interview consists of an initial phone screen interview, followed by (if successful) an intense interview split into 4 sessions. The panel will be with 4 different interviewers and usually take around 4 hours to complete in a single day. All interviews have taken place virtually over Amazon's own Chime software suite, however this will change soon, now the COVID situation has eased up.

Interview
The process is very slow and long. In total I had 7 interviews and this is a total brain killer. Schedulers were mixing up dates and times. I had a feeling that the recruiter completely forgot to schedule the call with the hiring manager and made an excuse that the hiring manager's phone was not able to dial my number.

Fünf Vorstellungsgespräche basierend auf den Amazon Leadership Principles mit speziellem Fokus auf Beispielen aus dem Berufsalltag. Das erste Gespräch dient dazu die generellen Qualifikationen mit Bezug auf die Rolle zu prüfen. Die übrigen Gespräche sind sehr auf Soft Skills und Verhaltensweisen ausgerichtet.
