A long start and wait (6 months) before the actual intervew process started, Had two phone interviews prior to a face to face interview session at Amazon UK.
The face to face interviews were 7 consecutive interviews (1:00 pm to 8:30pm) with different Amazon team members (Senior engineers, Managers, HR representatives). People were effective and precise in their questions. On the 7 people initially planned for the interviews, many were repklaced at the last minute, and all seemed to have read at least to some degree my resume. A few technical questions, and most of the questions were about management experiences and style.
