classic known Amazon interview process - panel interview with multiple stakeholders assesing fit to leadership principles by asking questions and requiring STAR method answers + follow-ups. Resources for preparation available online
Process was quick but intense. Initial recruiter interview with a couple questions then schedules two days for 5 group interviews. About an hour each. Each revolving around the STAR format.

Tell me about a time when you couldn't achieve a objective.
Not too bad, initial process of game play is very tedious - not the easiest to figure out what exactly it is that they are looking for from you during those games, whether or not it is determination to completely finish and complete games or to display good time management and move on as soon as you have finished the set time you have yourself
