Applied through Alumni relations. Got call from recruiter after 2 weeks. 4 Phone interviews with various levels of experience, from fellow analyst all the way to Director. Initial phone screen was resume based to understand fit. Couple of technical screens and final was with unit's Director to gauge fit and real interest.
