Interview
There was not an interview, everyone was pulled in to a conference room, given job packets and company info. You are hired on the spot and then pass drug and background checks. You don’t get to pick your job type, they place you where they think you will be successful!
Answered a few questions online, during covid that was the full extent of my interview process. Was offered a job immediately online. Showed up in person to submit as card and get badge photo taken at facility.
