was referred by a friend. Got the phone interview next few day. Start with introduce myself. typical behavior questions. tell me a time you showed your leadership. time you made a mistake. time you have to do things without instructions. how you handle risks. Also finance problems, what the most important things on income statement and how you value the company (from my past experience). In the end it was a case question regarding the prime membership. Ask why the price increased from 79 to 99.
Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
