I was referred and contacted by the recruiter on the next day by email. Talked with Hiring Manager the week after. I never received a call or interview questions from the recruiter except to schedule a Chime time.

Hiring manager kept asking questions related to my current company, how we do things, who our customers are and methodologies. We had a great conversation and ended up spending more than an hour talking. While he had great questions and I answered all of them, I received a rejection email immediately after I hung up, so it felt like he was just interested in about how my current company does things
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
