I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Amazon (Dixon, CA) in Mar 2021
Interview
The selection process for interviewing started with being initially contacted by a recruiter through my university's career site. I then submitted the application and heard back within a week. At this point I was then sent an initial pre-screen exam of fulfillment technical questions and behaviorial based q's. A few days later I was invited to do a virtual interview with 2 managers at different locations.
The interview went well, still waiting on the result as the recruiters stated that they need 5 business days to come back with an answer.

Question 1
Be sure to be versed in the company's leadership principles and utilize the STAR method.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Amazon (Stamford, CT)
Interview
Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
