Interview went well. Stuck very closely with the leadership principles. Know them well! Every question went back to them. Started with phone screen and then was virtual interview. Had a full day of interviews with a variety of managers in finance.

Tell me about a time when you didn’t have enough data to make a decision
Financial analyst intern, online assessment was based on leadership principles, look at the website for these. Excel and SQL. Probability and analytic skills. Choosing the best reply in different scenarios etc.

Straightforward process:
1. introduction 2. Why Amazon? Why ads? + three somewhat complex BQ questions 4. a short case study 5. My turn to ask questions.
Prepare your BQ really good and go learn the LPs cuz I definitely failed that part and was confused by myself during the storytelling.
