For the position, I completed a phone screens and two virtual interviews. As advised in their candidate policy, I heard back two days after my phone screening I was moving forward in the interview process, and five days after the interview I received my offer for the position.

Interview questions are based on any one of the 12 Leadership Principles. Be sure to formulate responses using the STAR method.
Fairly simple. Two individual interviews with two people. They are a little misleading about shifts & schedules. Because the warehouses operate 24/7, the HR team is expected to also work 24/7. The shifts will be divided into days/hours so there is always someone able to help the associates.
I had three back to back interviews with three different interviewers a day and one interview took up to 30-40 minutes. It was a university hire process and I got heard back within 5 days.
