Honestly the interview process convinced me that this is the place for me. In terms of the actual interview process, it was very similar to as described on the Amazon Interview website. Be prepared with at least 10+ examples where you demonstrated one of the Amazon leadership principles and definitely demonstrate that you understand what the specific team you're applying for does, you'd be surprised how many turn up to the interview without doing this basic preparation. Practice the STAR process, be engaging and you'll be fine! Also, don't be disheartened if you don't make the cut first time, nothing stopping you from applying again elsewhere.

I had a phone interview and I got rejected. They asked about resume in deep. Also, They asked leadership principles examples. It was difficult for me. you should prepare details in your resume.

The phone interview was fine, and the interviewer asked about the past experiences and about the basic understanding of the company and the role applying. Overall, the questions were simple but I was too nervous, so I think I might not get through this stage.
