Primero mande el CV y cuando se pusieron en contacto conmigo gue para realizar una prueba de nivel de ingles, lógica y conceptos numéricos relacionados con el puesto al que estaba aplicando.
Despues hice una entrevista online con las preguntas predefinidas, no habia entrevistador simolemente te grababas dando la respuesta. En inglés también.
Por ultimo hice 3 entrevistas seguidas de 30mins cada una mas o menos, con 4 personas del departamento de operaciones.
Multiple online tests after application, followed by a virtual interview with various staff. Staff did not want to be on camera and did not have many good things to say about working there.
Prior to even speaking to anyone about a possible interview there was a long and lengthy testing required. Really disappointing to finish with no feedback or additional details. I only received an email post test.

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.
