Very structured and clear process.
In total, it took ca 4 months to organize all the process phases.
At latest stage, several interviews take place in 1-2 days. I tried to manage it during my regular workdays and it was very hard to manage it.
My suggestion is to take a day off to focus in this interview marathon day.
