There was no interview, candidates are supposed to apply online and then take a behavioral and an IQ test. In IQ test you are tested on your intelligence regarding stowing the items in the bin, which may actually be your real job.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
