Interview
First, there was a Hirevue video interview. I had about 11 questions. After the video interview, I was scheduled for an onsite interview with 2 IT managers. One manager asked the technical questions while the other asked the Amazon leadership principles.

They ask a lot of technical trivia questions that have nothing to do with the job. They like hearing stories about how you raised the bar and/or made your prior job better. Be familiar with the STAR method.
Panel interview with 4 people. One hour with each interviewer who will ask 2 to 4 questions based on leadership principles related to the job role you are applying for.
first starts with a phone screening.
then if they pass you on you would meet with three individuals for about an hour each. Some of them might be in the area you are applying others might just be a manager from a different ORG.
