Interview
Two rounds of phone interviews. The first was with a team member, approximately 30 minutes long. The second was with the team lead and included screen sharing to brainstorm through a design exercise.

First there was an online workstyle assessment.
Once you pass that, you'll have a 1 on 1 Interview going over your portfolio and behavioral questions.
Finally it's time for the loop. For me this consisted of a case study presentation, whiteboarding exercise, and 5 interviews focused on behavioral questions.
