Very poorly done. Group interview with offsite contractors at Nevada JobConnect. There was probably 40 people who ended up waiting 6 hours just to get our W-2 submitted and multiple people just left. Once in the warehouse you have no clue what you are going to be doing until you get there.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
Agency, little contact, limited information, told never allowed to say no. Even if they are braking the rules, they dont like people pointing out issues, as because if they record them thats when they can get in trouble for it.
