They use a direct hire process. No interview is required. You only need to pass the drug test and background check. Afterwards they take a picture and give you an orientation date and time.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
