You get an email with a contigent offer, and an invite to one of their local Hiring Events. You schedule that online. I got there, and you sign in. They give you a schedule sheet and drug test kit. Then they send you to another table to take your employee badge photo. Then you wait for a bit. Our wait was about 10 minutes. They brought us into a small conference room, and we began to choose our schedules. The schedule is 5 days a week, 4 hours a day. They had times ranging from 11:30am- til like 3am or so. They were in military time, but fortunately they had a conversion time list on showing on the wall. The guy then had us do our drug test. There we are, 25 people sitting there with swabs in our mouths for 5 minutes lol. After that was done, he said a few closing words about when we should hear from them, check your email up to 3x a day, etc. And that the job started in early June. And then we left. The whole thing took like 40 minutes.
