Interview
The basic objective would be to test the proficiency in English. After an oral interview round, there would be an online English test. This would mainly concentrate on grammar and usage.
AI - Quiz based on Amazon Leadership questions
Language assessments - the first question in my native language test was awful but the rest were a lot easier
Studied a YouTube video on the leadership principles in advance and considered those when answering questions

Interview
Difficult questions but after while manageable. It needs a good time management and prepare questions before so you do not run out of time. Anyway once well prepared you will sound more confident.
In person interviews are basically for checking if you will be able to handle a situation on your judgement or not
Be confident and ready for rotational shifts and rotational week offs
