Interview
Spoke with Amazon recruiters at a school career fair. Went to a networking event held by Amazon. Signed up for an on-campus interview online. On the day of the interview I received an email from the recruiter at 3 AM asking us to come twenty minutes early and bring a calculator. Amazon did not seem like a company that was on top of things. In the analytical interview the interviewer admit one of the questions was wrong. After the analytical interview I was to conduct a behavioral interview. The interviewer never flew in so it was instead conducted over the phone with a different interviewer. Overall the people were very nice but they did not seem very prepared. Also study the questions that other people have posted about the interview process. They asked a lot of the same questions and same scenarios. Difficult but rewarding interview process. The interview process took a few weeks. It starts with an online application and assessment, then ends with an in-person interview session, which lasted about 4 hours.
Initial would be a normal test online after you have applied. Final round is 3×45 minutes virtual video panel interview. Learn amazons leadership principle and have varietys of example from your previous job or academics.
