45 minutes phone interview. No general questions about my current role, skills, reasons to change etc. No explanations about what is the role and what kind of person they are looking for. The interview was 40 minutes of questions about giving example of situations I have had. 5 minutes at the end for my questions. No information were given and I found the entire interview non sense and useless
