Fue una entrevista a través de Willo. Hay preguntas que tienes que contestar en video. Te dan 5 minutos para responder, aunque máximo puede durar 3 minutos. El resto de preguntas son escritas y es información básica sobre ti (cuando te graduas, si tienes el nivel de inglés requerido, etc.).

Tell me about a time when you not only met a goal but also exceeded expectations. How did you do it, and what were the challenges that you had to overcome?
Tell me about a time when you had to decide in the absence of good data because there just wasn't any. Why was the situation, and how did you arrive at your decision? Did the decision turn out to be the correct one? Why or why not?
Started with an online oa on company values-> virtual interview which included both a behavioural part on company culture and a technical challenge on excel -> panel interview with two different managers

Cv screening first -> invited to an online assessment which included personality and case study questions -> few online video interview questions (behavioural based) and excel exercise -> final interview: 2 x 45min focusing on LPs.
