Interview
It was the worst ever interview I had given! The interviewer claims to be experienced, but missed a lot of basics. I was not asked questions for what role I was interviewed for, but something else to satisfy the interviewer's ego!
They are also biased towards South Indian candidates and takes interview only to showcase count to clients.
Recruiter was also in-experienced it seems! Only boasting about the company, whose reality I came to know during the interview.
Lasting approximately two to three minutes, you are meeting the interviewers and being escorted to the interview room. It is essential that you start strong, offering a firm handshake, standing confidently, and making good eye contact. Some reports indicate that employers will make their decision to hire a candidate within the first 30 seconds of the interview! Employers may take the time to share information about their organization. Feel free to jot down notes to remember key points for future reference.

Interview
The interview process wasn't the smoothest, it lasted for 2 months while they wanted someone who could join in less than 45 days.
The interview consists of several rounds starting with a coding round and then a couple of Technical discussion rounds with the technical team.
The coding round (VC) has one medium + one hard level leetcode question.
The technical discussions can involve another parallel coding session plus deeper technical questions on primary language/technology.
This round is followed by a hiring manager round for techno-functional discussion.
The final round was the compensation discussion.
I rejected the offer because the offer rollout kept getting pushed for 4 weeks and finally they expected me to appear for another/more rounds of technical discussion with a different team.
I felt my time and dedication weren't respected by the hiring team as they kept delaying the rollout process after sending congratulatory mail for being selected in the interview.
Paywise they are better than other Indian service-based companies.
2 cents of advice for job seekers:
1.) Be prepared for many rounds of interviews. You will never know with one is the final round.
2.) It's a service-based company and they can switch your teams in between interviews so you can't be sure of which team you are joining.
3.) Don't stop your interview preps until you have the offer in your mailbox.
