Important Advice: I would strongly recommend not submitting sensitive documents (especially financial or personal records) until you receive full clarity about the compensation alignment. Even if budget confirmation is given during initial screening rounds, ensure expectations are formally aligned before sharing confidential information. This helps avoid situations where processes are halted later even if you clear all the rounds due to budget constraints after documentation has already been collected.

Interview process was smooth but after the 2 initial rounds it took them 3 weeks to reply and another 2 week wait saying they'll be scheduling the cient round but then reected me due to some bgv check reason.
