My interview with Pedro Homero felt like a valuable career coaching session, filled with insightful tips and practical recommendations. His guidance made me feel truly supported and empowered. In addition to that, I felt comfortable during the whole process.

Question 1
I was asked to discuss my relevant experiences and how they align with the requirements of the job vacancy.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Altar.io in Mar 2025
Interview
Strange tech interview. Basically you have the first interview with the recruiter, then you are given a code challenge to complete in 5 days, is doable in the given time but it is really time consuming. However after submitting the challenge, I was scheduled to a technical interview, which was really strange. First the interviewer wasn't sure if it was my first or second tech interview with them, second he didn't seemed to be interested in knowing more about me, my experience and what I've been working on, however the strangest part was the fact that my code challenge wasn't even mentioned, I was not asked to explain my approach, my decisions, etc, not a single question about it, which does not make any sense since you are given a time consuming challenge to complete, instead of that I was given a random javascript kind of leetcode problem to solve in 5 minutes... overall the interviewer just seemed to want to get over the interview the fast as possible.
First interview with HR, asking for my professional experience, motivations/the reason i thought working at Altar would be suitable for me. Also explained the interview process ( 3 steps - interview with HR, technical interview and then interview with CEO)
